Polyimide heater (Kapton foil heater) is available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and wattages, it is a clear amber coloredpolyimide film. The process for making flexible heating fim is similar to that of Etched Foil Silicone heaters. Itis a high-temperature fexible heating element with excellent dielectric properties capable of operating environments between -185degree celsius to 180 degree CelsiusThe polyimide heater is very thin, the thickness is about 0.2mm, itis very light, so the heater is very ideal for applicationswith space and weight limitation.Pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing surface is standard, but special adhesives or mounting holes can becustomized as customer requirement.
